9. INFORMATION COLLECTION/USAGE/PROTECTION  -- We abide industry standard privacy policies as defined and monitored by the several internet watchdog agencies. In accordance with these industry standard privacy policies, we use Personally Identifiable Information for the purposes of communicating with our clients, and we use Aggregate Non-Personally Identifiable Information for market analysis and business decision making purposes. The following is a summary of industry standard privacy policies which we abide:

   1. Orders -- If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information including name, email, and shipping address, and financial information such as credit card number and expiration date. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.  We may also use this information to offer you our Newsletter and Affiliation opportunity.  

   2. Surveys and Contests -- From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site.  If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.  The requested information typically includes contact information such as name and shipping address, and demographic information such as zip code.  We may use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests; in that event this company is prohibited from using our users’ personally identifiable information for any other purpose. We will not share the personally identifiable information you provide through a contest or survey with other third parties unless we give you prior notice and choice.

   3. Tell-A-Friend Referral Service -- If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address.  We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site, and we may store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and for the tracking the success of our referral program.  Your friend may reply and request that we remove this information from our database; then you can be assured that we will do so.

   4. Communicating Special Offers and Updates -- We will occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals, or promotions. Out of respect for your privacy, in each of these communications, we present the option of not receiving further communications of this nature in the future. Please see “Choice and Opt-out" details which are discussed below.

   5. Communications by Newsletter -- If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you.  Out of respect for your privacy, we present the option of not receiving further issues of the newsletter in the content of each newsletter we send out. Communication of Non-Promotional Service Announcements -- We will send you strictly non-promotional service-related announcements and news releases when appropriate and necessary to do so.  Generally, you may not opt-out of these non-promotional communications; however if you do wish not to receive them, you have the option of deactivating your account by notifying us of your desire to do so with an email.

   7. Customer Service -- Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your personally identifiable information. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will normally communicate with you by email, however if necessary we will use other forms of messaging such as ordinary mail or phone or fax.

   8. Client/Customer Profile -- We may store information that we might collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third party sources to create a “profile” of your preferences.  We tie your personally identifiable information, and your purchasing history, to information in the profile, in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve the content of the site for you. We do not share your profile with any third parties.

   9. Aggregate Non-Personally Identifiable Information -- We may share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our affiliates and associates and  prospective/actual advertisers. This information does not identify individual users nor does it provide any personally identifiable information, and we do not link aggregate user data with any personally identifiable information. The purpose of maintaining and sharing such aggregated demographic information is for the effective marketing of our product and for business decision making.

   10. Personally identifiable information -- We hold Personally Identifiable Information Confidential and we do not share it with any Third Party.

   11. Agent Associates -- We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies, such as PayPal or UPS (note: PayPal and UPS are registered trademarks of other very well respected companies) do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes except to perform their required duty.

   12. Necessary Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information -- We reserve the right to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information as required by law when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process that is served upon us.

   13. Opt-Out Choice  -- We provide you the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information.  When you purchase a product/service, but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us after delivery of the purchase, you can indicate that preference on our order form. When you subscribe to our newsletter and later you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and associated promotional communications, you may opt-out by following the instructions included in each newsletter or by emailing us your opt-out directive.

   14. Access Logs -- As is the case with almost all web sites, we gather website usage information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click-stream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to Personally Identifiable Information.

   15. Cookies -- A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We do not use cookies on this site. Some of our associates or affiliates or advertisers may use cookies, but we have no access or control over their use of cookies. This privacy statement covers the use of cookies by this site only and does not cover the use of cookies by any associates or affiliates or advertisers.

   16. Clear GIFs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs) -- We may employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage the content of our site by informing us which content is most effective.  Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users.  In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ Personally Identifiable Information. We use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients.  This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

   17. Links to Other Sites -- This Website contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by our Company. Please be advised that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you take the time to read the privacy statement of each and every website that asks you for Personally Identifiable Information.

   18. Changes to your Personally Identifiable Information -- If your Personally Identifiable Information changes, you may correct/update such information by sending email directive.

   19. Security -- The security of your personal information is important to us. It is for this reason that we use the popular and reputable third party billing and collection service called PayPal which is a division of the eBay (note: PayPal and eBay are registered trademarks of other very well respected companies). This way we are not even involved with or made aware of your sensitive information, such as credit card number, and we and our clients can be assured that every sensitive transaction is encrypted using the latest in secure socket layer technology. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.  However be advised that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, therefore while it is our practice to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot nor can anyone else guarantee absolute security.

   20. Business Entity Transactions -- In the event we do a business entity transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets; your Personally Identifiable Information will likely be among the assets transferred. We assure you that in that event, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website, of any such change in ownership and transfer of your personal information; furthermore, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of our data base of Personally Identifiable Information before such transferring takes place.

Merchandise Return Policy

In the event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased online, you have the option to either return ship the item(s) directly to the Seller, or to the store location of the retailer through which you placed your order for the item(s).

Return or exchange an item to the Seller

You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused, in original condition, and is returned in the original shipping container.

A copy of your original email invoice must be included in the box with the returned merchandise. Please indicate on the invoice whether you would like credit or an exchange of a different size &/or color.

A preprinted return label is included with each shipment's packing slip for you to place on the original shipping box for return shipment. Seller strongly recommends that you use a traceable method such as UPS for return shipment in order to ensure and track the return of your merchandise. Seller is not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.

Upon the Seller's receipt of return, you will be issued a credit to the credit card used for purchase or an exchange within 3 business days.

Please refer to the individual item customer service numbers on your original email receipt should you have any questions about your return.

Return an item to the retail store location

You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused, in original condition, and is returned in the original shipping container.

If you use multiple retailers in your order, you must return the item to the retailer through which you placed your order.

A copy of your original email invoice must be provided to the retailer with the returned merchandise.

The retailer will complete an Internet Return Request Form, which must be signed by both you and the retailer. The retailer will give you a duplicate copy for your records and you will be issued a credit to the credit card used for purchase within 3 business days.
