HERE'S THE DEAL

No matter where in the world you are, we custom make your Quantum Putter at our Phoenix Factory to your exact specification and then inspect for quality; when we are satisfied that it is perfect in every way, we pack it securely in a shipping container and send it directly to you by United States Postal Service Registered Priority Mail (or Express Mail if you specify). This way there is no "middle-man" who adds to the price and might not do things right.

Custom making your putter usually takes about a week but it can take longer if the parts required for assembly are on backorder from our Machine Shop. Inspection and Packing usually takes another couple days, and shipping usually takes about a week to anywhere within the USA or to any port of entry worldwide.

If you are located outside of the USA, we cannot estimate how long it will take to get the shipment from your port of entry to your location because that varies greatly from one country to another. Also your country's port of entry may assess a duty tax on the shipment which you will need to pay before it will be forwarded to your location. We cannot estimate the amount of this duty tax either because it varies widely from country to country and from product to product. So, if you are concerned about this shipping delay or added taxation, please consult your port of entry prior to placing your order.

When you order your putter, you will need to specify exactly what you want. No doubt what you want is a perfectly fitted putter; but, if you fit yourself or even have your local golf-pro help you with fitting, it may be that your fitting specification will be imperfect in some way. Of course, if your fitting is imperfect in any way, then you will not get the optimum performance improvement you are looking for from of your new precision putter. The only solution to this problem is for us to help you with your fitting.

But it is impractical for us to have a qualified fitter at every location throughout the world, so we have selected the most qualified Quantum Putter Fitter there is in the world and asked him to help you get perfectly fitted. He is Grant Westthorp who operates his fitting studio in Albany West Australia, but he has developed a method of perfectly fitting clients with digital photos that are emailed to him, so none of his clients need to travel to Albany for fitting. With his help you can be assured of a perfect fit, so we highly recommend that you consult with him as part of your purchasing process.

Packing and Shipping charges are as follows:

• Within the Continental USA, USD$20 for Priority, $40 for Express.

• In Hawaii and Alaska, and US Territories, USD$30 for Priority, $50 for Express.

• Anywhere else in the world, USD$40 for Priority and $60 for Express.

Arizona residents will also have to pay applicable Sales Tax.

The cost-based price of a custom made new technology Quantum Putter is USD$521, but we round that down to a retail price of USD$495 and professional factory fitting is included in that price.

• One new technology Quantum Putter with your choice of one of three heads: Blade (Model X), Middy (Model XX), or Mallet (Model XXX). 

• One straight steel shaft with tactile grip and length ranging from 18 to 36 inches and hosel ranging from 68 degrees flat to 80 degrees upright.

  • Shafts with lengths greater than 36 inches and up to 54 inches are available with special order - just contact us for current pricing.

  • The Hosel is permanently bonded to Shaft, but the hosel/shaft assembly is attached to the head such that it can be removed to give the benefit of shaft-head interchangeability. Thus if a golfer has one fitted shaft and multiple heads, he can interchange his shaft to any of his heads; likewise, if, a golfer has multiple shafts and only one head, he can interchange his head to any of his shafts. Extra heads and extra shafts are available with special order - just contact us for current pricing.

  • A tactile symmetric grip is bonded to each shaft, however you can specify "no-grip", in the event you want to install another kind of grip onto your shaft after delivery. You will have a choice of #1grip for small hands, #2 grip for regular sized hands, or #3 grip for large hands.   

• A Ditty Bag is included which contains: 1) The Special Key required by the USGA to Rotate the Putter Head for Left/Right Adaptability, Practice/Play Convertibility, Power Adjustment, and to remove the Putter Head for Head/Shaft interchangeability. 2) Two sets of Power Adjustment Weights, one for more power and another for even more power. 3) Four Alignment Pegs to be used for X-Y-Z alignment when the head is rotated into its Practice Mode. Here is what you get when you order free factory fitting

We will have our professional factory fitter contact you via email or phone - his name is Grant Westthorp and he is the person who did our little videos. He will ask you to have someone take some digital pictures of you in your putting stance, and then he will want you to email these digital pictures to him for analysis. After he analyzes these pictures, he'll call or email you and advise you of any changes he would recommend you make to your putting stance before arriving at your final putter fitting factors. Then once your stance is corrected the final fitting factors can be determined. This process might take a week or so depending on how responsive you are when Grant asks you for the digital photos.  When you get your perfect fitting factors from him (head mass, shaft length/lie), you can come back here to this webpage and finish your purchase order.
