TEST YOUR PUTTER FOR SWEET IMPACT CAPABILITY

TAP TEST
Hold your putter loosely with one hand and then tap where on the head where you are supposed to strike the ball – if this tapping causes the putter head to rotate even the slightest, then your putter has no sweet spot and is not capable of sweet impact dynamics.

SPIN TEST
Hold your putter between the palms of your hands and then move your palms to and fro to cause the putter head to spin one way then the other – if this spinning wobbles even in the slightest, you’re your putter is out of balance and incapable of sweet impact.

The makers of Quantum Putters Quantum Golf Company is an Arizona based entity with product made in the USA.

Our Putters are milled by computer controlled state-of-the-art machinery operated by extremely well qualified machinists in an ISO9001 AS9100 Certified environment; thus assuring us of the highest possible product quality.

The Company is actually two entities both chartered in Arizona: 1) The Quantum Golf Capital Limited Partnership, and 2) The Quantum Golf Operations Limited Liability Company.

Quantum Golf Capital LP

Quantum Golf Capital is an Arizona Chartered Limited Partnership owned by a small number of private investors. The General Partner is currently Duane Engdahl LLC, which is also an entity chartered in Arizona. Quantum Golf Capital holds all the assets of the Company and conducts none of the business of the Company.

QUANTUM GOLF OPERATIONS LLC

Quantum Golf Operations conducts all of the business of the Company and holds none of the assets. The Managing Member of Quantum Golf Operations LLC is the current General Partner of Quantum Golf Capital LP. Quantum Golf Operations LLC is wholly owned by Quantum Golf Capital LP. Quantum Golf Operations is served by Associates and Vendors, operated by Managers, and generates business through Affiliates.

Our Patent Attorney is Sandra Etherton [www.ethertonlaw.com], our Litigation Attorney is Scott Swinson [swinsonsa@azbar.org]. We also have a Legal Structure Advisor, a Certified Public Accountant, a Tax Attorney, and a Commercial Banker; but these contacts are not publicized.

Vendors

Our putter parts are milled by a local tool & die company which is owned by a Partner of Quantum Golf Capital LP, and our putter shafts and grips are supplied by other vendors; but these contacts are not publicized unless there is a need to know. Our branded merchandise (caps, towels, umbrellas, etc.) are also supplied by other vendors but again these contacts are not publicized.

We have Managers as follows and each management billet is an independent limited liability company and is its own profit center and all managers receive income algorithmically based upon sales revenue.
