If your new technology custom made Quantum Putter is not everything we said it is you can return it in like-new condition anytime within the first month of ownership and we will refund 100% of purchase price less a 10% restocking fee, no questions asked.  But that's not all -- we actually guarantee your satisfaction for an entire year as follows: If you later become dissatisfied with your Quantum Putter for any reason, you may return it anytime during the first year in accordance with the following refund schedule: When returned in like new condition within six months of purchase, then the refund will be 50% of purchase price; when returned in like new condition within one year of purchase, the refund will be 25%. After one year, there will be no refund for returned product. LIFETIME WARRANTY

If at any time while you own the delivered product, any defect whatsoever arises except normal wear/tear or abuse of any kind, you may contact our service department for remedy. Just go to our website at www.quantumputters.com and click “contact” to email us a description of the problem. Then we will respond with an appropriate remedy; either we will ship you replacement parts to correct the defect or we will ask you to return the product for refurbishment/replacement. Either way there will be no charge for parts or product and the only cost to you will be that of packing/shipping. This warranty continues for as long as you own the product and passes on to whomever you leave your Quantum Putter to in your will.
